First of all, we would like to congratulate you on your choice of secondary school! You and your child are about to embark on a new chapter, and we can’t wait to support you throughout this change. The transition to secondary school means new tasks, experiences, and expectations, and we know just how important it is to support students as they get adjusted during this time.The afternoon care program at the Goethe-Gymnasium addresses precisely this point, creating a structured, reliable and, above all else, safe place for learning and fun!

Participation regulations / sick leave

For pedagogical reasons, a regular visit to the pedagogical afternoon care is required
urgently required. Care on individual days is therefore excluded.
Completely flexible pick-up times are not compatible with the BFA offer. That would significantly impair the reliable processes and would be an additional burden for the employees. 
The planning and implementation of continuous offers are not possible under such conditions. Therefore, children in care can only be picked up early or released if there is a medically justified appointment or participation in sports clubs or similar is required.  Planned doctor's appointments should generally be outside the BFA times .
